1. Service-Based Refunds

  • Custom Software Development & IT Services → Refunds are not applicable once the project has started, as resources and time are allocated.

  • Maintenance & Support Plans → Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if no service has been utilized.

2. Product-Based Refunds

  • For software licenses or digital products, refunds are eligible only if:

    • The product is found to be defective and reported within 7 days.

    • The product was not delivered as promised.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Consultation fees, setup charges, and partially completed projects are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@jlbillsolutions.com with your order details and reason for the request. Our team will review and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.
